Indications

Amiodarone Hydrochloride for Injection should be used only by physicians familiar with and with access to (directly or referral) the use of all available modalities for treating recurrent life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias, and who have access to appropriate monitoring facilities, including in-hospital and ambulatory continuous electrocardiographic monitoring and electrophysiologic technique.
Amiodarone Hydrochloride for Injection is indicated for initiation of treatment of documented, life-threatening, frequently recurring ventricular fibrillation and Amiodarone Hydrochloride for Injection hemodynamically unstable ventricular tachycardia in patients refractory to all other treatment.
