ARC Program

The ARC Program by HANSAmed supports clinicians treating patients who cannot afford treatment. Through this initiative, clinicians can apply to receive regenerative products free of charge to complete urgent treatments.

Program Objective

To provide Geistlich regenerative products at no cost for patients requiring urgent care who cannot afford treatment. The ARC Program empowers clinicians to deliver regenerative therapy to those most in need.

Program Structure

1. Case Assessment

• The treating clinician evaluates the patient's condition and determines whether they meet both clinical and financial criteria for support.

2. Application Submission

• Patient information
• Clinical case details
• Specific Geistlich product(s) requested
• Financial justification

3. Internal Review

• HANSAmed’s ARC review team evaluates each application within 5–10 business days.

4. Product Approval & Delivery

• If approved, the requested Geistlich product(s) will be delivered directly to the dental office or clinic. The doctor pays for shipping.

5. Clinician Commitment

• Provide follow-up documentation (clinical summary, photos or X-rays)
• Allow HANSAmed to use anonymized case materials for internal or educational purposes
• Ensure proper use of the donated products
