Online Rewards Program
The points you earn remain valid for 365 days. Each purchase you make on different dates will have its own timeline spanning 365 calendar days.
No, points are not transferable to any other account or individual.
The Online Rewards Program is limited and exclussive to dental and direct customers in Canada. Distributors, international customers, individuals from the United States, and medical professionals are not eligible to participate.
Returns
You can return unused and unopened products to HANSAmed. However, some items, like prescription drugs and certain medical devices, cannot be returned. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns. To return a product, contact the Customer Care Hotline to get a Return Authorization label. Returns without this label or that are damaged or used will not be accepted. To make a return, contact the HANSAmed Customer Care at 800-363-2876 to request a Return Authorization label (ATR#). Upon approval, you will receive the ATR# via email. Attach the ATR# label prominently to the return package. Note that returns are accepted only for unused and unopened products (excluding certain drugs and medical devices). Shipping
Shipping fees cover the costs of delivering products with necessary precautions and temperature control measures to ensure they arrive safely. These fees vary depending on the type of product and the customer’s location, which is why they are kept separate from product prices. In terms of timing, our team members will inform you if we cannot ship your order on the specified date due to cold weather conditions.
HANSAmed does not use heated trucks for shipping anesthetics in winter. Instead, we use insulated packaging and other temperature control measures to ensure the products remain safe during transit.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. For specific delivery estimates, check your order confirmation or contact customer service. Ontario and Quebec (main cities): 1-2 business days All other provinces: 5-7 business days While HANSAmed strives to ship products promptly, unforeseen circumstances may affect the suggested delivery times. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary.
