1.) Remove Test Strip from test strip compartment of test packet and place in sterilizer with typical load to be sterilized. DO NOT STERILIZE ENTIRE TEST PACKET. DO NOT OPEN TEST STRIP. DO NOT STERILIZE CONTROL STRIP.

2.) After sterilization cycle, remove test strip from sterilizer and return to test strip compartment of test packet.

3.) Complete all appropriate STERILIZER INFORMATION for the type of sterilizer being tested.

4.) TEAR OFF TOP PORTION OF TEST PACKET ALONG WITH PERFORATION AND DISCARD. MOISTEN AND SEAL TEST PACKET.

5.) Complete name and address information.

6.) Send test packet to NB Bioscience Canada Lab PROMPLTY.
